PENERIMAAN KELAS BANGUNAN LAMA

Pemilik mengajukan permohonan klasifikasi & permohonan survey. ke BKI cabang terdekatMengirim dokumen pendukung dan gambar-gambar (rangkar 3) sebagai berikut :

  1. Kapal berbendera Indonesia :
  • Surat ukur, Gross akte (catatan : bila gross akte belum terbit untuk sementara dapat menggunakan surat laut sementara (model E), Builder certificate / IMO Number.
  • Copy sertifikat kelas terdahulu.
  1. Kapal berbendera Asing :
  • Tonnage Measurement Certificate 1969, Bill of Sale / Nationality registry, Builder Certificate / IMO Number
  • Copy sertifikat kelas terdahulu.
  1. LAMBUNG
  • General arrangement, Capacity plan, Hydrostatic curves and cross curve, Loading manual untuk kapal yang mempunyai panjang lebih besar atau sama dengan 65 m, Midship section, Longitudinal and transverse bulkheads, Profile and decks, Shell expansion, Engine and ketel uap foundations, Stem and stern frames, Rudder and rudder stock, Hatch covers, Fore and aft end structures
  • Loading instrument (bila tersedia) user manual and test conditions
  1. MESIN
  • Machinery arrangements, Intermediate thrust and screwshafts, Stern tube and glands, Baling - baling, Main engines, Propulsion gears and clutch sistims, Compressed air piping sistim, Starting air receivers, Main boiler, Superheaters, Economizers and steam piping, Fuel oil burning sistim, Cooling water and lubricating oil sistims, Turbines, Bilge and ballast piping diagram, Fire fighting sistim, Fuel oil and starting air sistims, Air and sounding pipes sistims, Wiring diagram, Electric power balance calculation, Steering gear sistims, Piping sistim and arrangements
  • Torsional vibration calculations untuk kapal yang berumur kurang dari 2 (dua) tahun
  1. Untuk kapal tangki :
  • Loading and unloading facilities, Cargo tank venting sistim dan safety devices, Cargo piping sistim, Pumping arrangement at forward and after ends of the vessels
  • Drainage of cofferdams and pump rooms
  1. Untuk kapal dengan "unattended machinery space" (Notasi OT)
  • Instrument and sistim alarm kebakaran
  • List of automatic safety function
Melaksanakan survey diatas dok dengan lingkup pemeriksaan sesuai dengan survey pembaruan kelas ke-4 (pengukuran ketebalan pelat, overhaul seluruh instalasi mesin, pencabutan poros baling-baling, dll).

Surveyor BKI menerbitkan sertifikat klasifikasi sementara yang berlaku 1 (satu) tahun dan sertifikat Garis Muat Sementara yang berlaku 3 (tiga) bulan untuk PGMI dan 5 (lima) bulan untuk ILLC.

INCOTERM 2010

In 2010, the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) updated the previous version of INCOTERMS (2000) in order to adapt these commercial tools to the new global and computerized economy as well as to evolutions of transport and logistics. These rules have been applied since January 1st, 2011. INCOTERMS (International Commercial Terms) define the seller and buyer’s obligations in a commercial transaction. They aim to fix some international and homogeneous rules by inserting contractual dispositions mainly used in external trade contracts. We can therefore avoid or at least significantly limit uncertainties surrounding controversial interpretations of some clauses in different countries. These rules have been created by the ICC in 1936 and have been then regularly updated according to the use.
